BERLIN - Healing Breath Sound Bath Workshop

We are very happy to welcome you to the Healing Breath Sound Bath in the enchanting Samadhi Sound Studio. You will experience a guided breathwork journey, inviting you to dive deep into your subconscious. Feel invited to completely drop into the music and experience your inner beauty. 

This is a very exclusive session with only 10 seats.

Please be sure to bring your own yoga mat and a blanket.

In Healing Breath Sound Bath you can allow the body & mind to relax, recover and gather new strength for everyday life. Conscious listening leads you inward, to your thoughts and feelings. In this way you open the inner space of self-knowledge. Together with the breath, you will have access to altered states of mind, and the opportunity to explore yourself in a new way.

Because that's what is all about - knowing and loving yourself.

What you will experience:

Ceremonial setting - we believe the in power of ritual and intention

Breathwork journey - safe and supported guidance as we allow the breath to take us to new states of mind

Live sound bath - feeling the vibration and energy of music in room as you journey inward

As the music is enjoyed while lying down, please be sure to bring your own yoga mat and a blanket. You may also want to bring a notebook and pen to write down any insights.

The session will be guided in English.

About Victoria:

Victoria, who will be guiding you, is a certified breathwork coach with in-depth understanding of the physiological, as well as psychological impact of breath. She has curated this journey to allow you to safely tap into different states of mind, allowing you to explore yourself more deeply. Victoria is also an integration guide, supporting people before and after psychedelic or other peak experiences, and in moments of change and transformation. As well as the co-founder of Entheogenesis, a legal psilocybin retreat in the Netherlands.
